Last time we were at the farm, Branko loved the sheep. This year there were even lamb who were only a few days old. They're little "baaas" freaked Branko out and he wanted nothing to do with them. "Ba" is currently his favorite animal sound, so not sure what's up with that. Anyway, the little lambs were scary, but the big cows were just right with their huge tongues. Branko loved them so much, he kept trying to get inside the bars to be even closer to them.

My Aunt Cindy and cousin, Melania, even did face painting. I believe Emery wanted a rainbow tiger with a flaming beard. I'd say she got just that!


Happy for bath time!
Branko LOVES watching traffic, literally his favorite thing. He spends lots of time with Grandma and Grandpa watching the traffic in their front yard. We don't have much traffic near our house, so I'll take Branko to the coffee shop in town and we'll sit outside so he can watch the cars and mama drinks some coffee. Win/Win for both of us!

My mom got this wheel car organizer for Branko's little cars. He loves it so much. We brought it to a restaurant one time, and a middle age guy sitting next to us was so stoked to see this because he had one when he was a little boy.

My dad came over last summer to paint the swingset and I decided to wait until this year to put up the new tarp. My mom made this one and it brings it all together and matches our house!

Sandbox fun!
Here are two of the neighbors, one lives in the house directly next to us and the other directly behind us. The girl in the purple is actually who's swingset we now have. Anyway, the kids will all play in the corner of where all of our yards intersect. One day the girls asked if Branko could come over and play, we were about to go for a walk, so they were able to push Branko in his car for a little bit in one of the vacant house lots. Branko had SO much fun! He is so happy in all of these pictures and the girls took turns pushing him.




My co-worker, Mariah, and her daughter, Iris, came over to play. Well mostly eat snacks..

You can find Branko playing in his water table by dumping water all over himself. 
He enjoys putting things in the pool, but not being in the pool himself.

First smiles!

November 6th was our little guys first real smile, and boy does it make all the exhaustion worth it! Starting to bring his hands together :) Nora being put to work and getting to feed her baby cousin! More smiles with Auntie Jodi! My favorite time of day are mornings in bed with Branko, that’s if he slept well the night before. But he is extra smiley in the morning! And those blue eyes really pop with the lighting in our room! Fun filters with Nora! This was the first onesie I bought when I was pregnant. I was in Arizona with some girlfriends for the Waste Managemenr golf tournament back in Jan/early Feb. Christmas in Florida!

 We were lucky to spend another Christmas in Florida with Patrick's mom, sister, and papa. These pictures uploaded in reverse order, but you'll get the idea. We had an early flight that left at 6:40 AM, yikes! I was nervous with how Branko would do, but he did fabulous waking up at 4AM and acted like it was a normal morning. We got to the airport and through the line for security when my ticket wouldn't scan. My husband thinks my birthday is June 20th and not June 25th! This isn't the first time he's done this. Last time was before our trip to Cabo (that we never got to go to due to Pat hurting his back), however, Patrick caught it the day before we were supposed to leave. Luckily, the airport wasn't too packed and we were able to get through the line again without any wait. We were very lucky to fly out before this "massive" snowstrom that was to come. Schools were cancelled-including colleges during finals week, allowing for kids to have 2 days extra

Ozarks 2023!

We went to the Ozarks a week earlier than normal, and the weather was much more bearable this year. (Or maybe it wasn't as miserable being outside because I wasn't pregnant). The boys did great during the drive. They both were starting to lose it in St. Louis-which worked out because we were going to stop there for lunch anyway. Then, they lost it when we got to Branson-which worked out because we were there!  This photo is out of order, but Branko was Nora's shadow the whole trip! Thank you for taking him under your wing Nora! He sure looks up to you. When we arrived, we settled into our room. It was the perfect room for us-main level, corner room, with no neighbors on either side of us. Hopefully we didn't wake our neighbors above and below us!  The car was pretty tight, but only because our stroller takes up most of the space!
