Baby D 2 making his/her debut October 25th 2022!

I seem to have a thing with 25. My birthday is 6/25, Branko's is 9/25 (his due date), and this next baby due 10/25! 

Branko is going to be a big brother! I am not sure he is ready for it as he mostly throws his doll on the floor, but he's slowly starting to share his snacks/drink with the doll. I have a video of us showing Branko the ultrasound picture and he picked it up and threw it on the floor!

As of right now, I plan to do a repeat c-section when I'm 39 weeks, so around 10/18. We'll see how it all plays out.

I told my family the weekend before Easter when my side celebrated since my parents were going down to Texas to visit my brother and his family for the holiday. Branko wore his "Big Bro" t shirt and was supposed to be holding his "How to be a big brother" book with the ultrasound photo in it, but he wanted to hold his sleep sack instead. Here he is in his outfit before the big reveal.

Here we are on St Patricks day for our first ultrasound! Branko was at my parents house with my dad and sister. I told them I had to get a cavity filled-which I was actually supposed to this day, but had to cancel.
We took a picture at the first and last prenatal visit with Branko, and it was fun to see the changes.
There's our little gummy bear. My gut is thinking this one is going to be a boy, so we shall see!
Back to Brankos cute shirt. I could not get a good photo of him in it! 

The kids got to do an Easter egg hunt-Branko was more interested in running towards the pond and falling down the hill. He was NOT happy with me when we had to go inside.

Branko wanted to be by Grandpa and wanted him to give him some of his sparkling water.

I took a video telling my family, Kristen noticed Branko's t shirt instantly. Patrick told his mom and sister the following weekend on Easter, but its all on video!

First smiles!

November 6th was our little guys first real smile, and boy does it make all the exhaustion worth it! Starting to bring his hands together :) Nora being put to work and getting to feed her baby cousin! More smiles with Auntie Jodi! My favorite time of day are mornings in bed with Branko, that’s if he slept well the night before. But he is extra smiley in the morning! And those blue eyes really pop with the lighting in our room! Fun filters with Nora! This was the first onesie I bought when I was pregnant. I was in Arizona with some girlfriends for the Waste Managemenr golf tournament back in Jan/early Feb. Christmas in Florida!

 We were lucky to spend another Christmas in Florida with Patrick's mom, sister, and papa. These pictures uploaded in reverse order, but you'll get the idea. We had an early flight that left at 6:40 AM, yikes! I was nervous with how Branko would do, but he did fabulous waking up at 4AM and acted like it was a normal morning. We got to the airport and through the line for security when my ticket wouldn't scan. My husband thinks my birthday is June 20th and not June 25th! This isn't the first time he's done this. Last time was before our trip to Cabo (that we never got to go to due to Pat hurting his back), however, Patrick caught it the day before we were supposed to leave. Luckily, the airport wasn't too packed and we were able to get through the line again without any wait. We were very lucky to fly out before this "massive" snowstrom that was to come. Schools were cancelled-including colleges during finals week, allowing for kids to have 2 days extra

Ozarks 2023!

We went to the Ozarks a week earlier than normal, and the weather was much more bearable this year. (Or maybe it wasn't as miserable being outside because I wasn't pregnant). The boys did great during the drive. They both were starting to lose it in St. Louis-which worked out because we were going to stop there for lunch anyway. Then, they lost it when we got to Branson-which worked out because we were there!  This photo is out of order, but Branko was Nora's shadow the whole trip! Thank you for taking him under your wing Nora! He sure looks up to you. When we arrived, we settled into our room. It was the perfect room for us-main level, corner room, with no neighbors on either side of us. Hopefully we didn't wake our neighbors above and below us!  The car was pretty tight, but only because our stroller takes up most of the space!
