Easter sniffles, new foods, and friends

Like I mentioned in the previous post, Branko was down for the count on Easter. These pictures are also out of order... Woke up with a fever and congestion, but letting you all know, he gives it a half thumbs up.
We were supposed to go to Patrick's mom's for Easter, but thought we should just stay home and let Branko sleep and eat as he wished. With all of the vomiting the night before, we wanted to be sure he stayed hydrated.

Snuggles ALL day long, I felt bad that he wasn't feeling well, but I sure did love all the snuggling.

This is where it gets a little out of order. Nora and Ava had spring break last week, which meant for more Branko time for them!

Back to the snuggles.

It was fun seeing Branko's big eyes first thing in the morning.

This was the Monday after Easter, Branko was feeling a little better. So I dressed him up and he got to go through is Easter basket. It was a Florida themed Easter basket. He got swim trunks, swim long sleeve top, sun screen, bug spray, bubble machine, pool toy, hat, and 2 pairs of sunglasses. We're visiting Patricks grandparents in the middle of May. Baby Branko gets to meet Papa Branko!

Touching grass for the first time.

Team Avocado!

Ready to cruise around the neighborhood where mom grew up!

"You're telling me all the sweet potatoes are gone?!"

"Give me the jar, I'll lick the jar clean!"

"Sweet potatoes are the BEST thing EVER!"

"What's this thing?"

Not sure which toy to chomp on.

One of Patrick's best friends were over this past weekend. This is Eddie, Branko wears A LOT of Eddie's hand me downs. Branko loved watching Eddie play and walk around all over the place.

I got this little race track set from a co-worker, Eddie sure enjoyed it!

Go Crystal Palace!!

It was nice the Sunday morning when Jp, Kristyna, and Eddie were here. So we decided to walk to Branko's future elementary school to go on the play ground. No baby swings here, stay tuned for our new swing set in our backyard!

Trying carrots for the first time!

The master's tournament was last weekend, Branko has gotten to watch 2 Master's in his short 6 months of life (thanks covid). Patrick and JP have been obsessed with a Japanese golfer for years. Patrick loves him so much, he got asked for a Japanese flag for Christmas one year. He recently just got a signed golf flag by this golfer about a month ago. Turns out, Hidecki Matsuyama, won the tournament!! The boys call themselves the "Yama Boyz" and even have t shirts made for themselves and the little boys. Here they are right before "Yama" won the tournament. (Note Branko holding his golf club)

So excited for Yama!

The following day, Branko had his 6 month appointment. Looks like we have an average height, skinny little boy.

Showing off his cool new Scooby doo band aids. He rocked getting his shots. I picked him up after the MA was finished, and he was all smiles. No fevers this time!
