Papa Branko's 90th birthday in Florida, November randoms, and beginning of Christmas celebrations!
I don't get many opportunities to take pictures with the boys, so I try when I can!
During Thanksgiving weekend, we booked the train in East Troy to take it to the Elegant Farmer. It was a bit chaotic, but looking back at it 5 months later, it gives me the Christmas feelings!
Thanksgiving leftovers at Auntie Mary's, you can typically find these two playing with this in the basement when we're there.
Matching shirts with Dad.
The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, while Branko was at school, we put the tree up so when he got home from school and Conrad woke up from his nap, we could decorate the tree. Branko was so excited to decorate this year. We had Elf on in the background and played Christmas movies all weekend, I look back at this and have such a great memory and feeling of happiness.
Thanksgiving feast at school, his teacher's told us he ate at the Thanksgiving party and also ate all of his lunch. That's our boy!
Halloween costumes while looking at Christmas decor.
Quiet, independent play that lasted maybe 5 min, if that..
Branko's zoo calendar came in the mail.
Conrad enjoying all of the Christmas stuffed animals we own.
I told you we got a lot of use out of the halloween costumes this year..
A lion with the lionesses.
I love when they match.
Decorating his tree for his room.
Another night of matching PJs I had to take a pic! (Branko typically just wears shorts and a t shirt to bed)
In early November, we flew down to Florida to celebrate Papa's 90th birthday! The whole family was there and we all got Condo's right on the beach and next to our favorite restaurant, Buzz's.
Conrad and his cousin Evie who are just about a month apart.
I signed Branko up for "Ants in your pants" through the city to get some energy out in the evenings as it got colder out, we went to it once, he had a blast, and then never wanted to go back. It was on a school night and I think he got all of his energy out at school and he just wanted to be home on these days.
Conrad enjoys making my coffee every morning. If he wakes up in a bad mood, I ask if he wants to make coffee and he immediately runs and is so happy.
Day at Milliagers
Conrad got some new slippers, I just love them!
