Conrad turns O N E!

Conrad is one! Our 2'8" (97th percentile) and 23 lb 14.2oz (81st percentile) boy!
(Branko was  in the 81st percentile for weight and 74th percentile for height at this age). I think Conrad may be the bigger brother, we shall see!

Conrad has been our easier baby. He's a go with the flow kinda guy and adores his big brother. He wants to be in Branko's presence whenever possible. He's a great (for now) eater and has started saying "mama" and repeating words after us. He's gaining confidence and standing unassisted and will be walking soon! He's a great napper and (for the most part) a good sleeper at night.

Here we are celebrating with Grandma and Grandpa at Mike and Angelos. He devoured multiple meatballs, good thing they have endless meatballs.



Get ready for lots of birthday cake celebrations! We had cake the Saturday/Sunday before his birthday and again on Wednesday for Conrad's actual birthday. He LOVED every bite!

This was the Saturday before Conrad's birthday, we sang to him and he touched the flame as we were singing. I did the same thing on my first birthday.

  Someone got into the red paint post bath.. Fun trip to the library This wall had them entertained for a while Conrads a bit more of a nurturer than his brother Get in m belly! Farm fresh eggs from Taylor! Branko has been a huge super hero lover these days. He has 6 stretchy small super heros that I actually got for Conrad for valentines day. The material its made out of gets full of lint and hair, so Branko gives them "baths". Playing with the outdoor lights. Disney World and baby #3!!

Both boys fell asleep as soon as we landed.... in Orlando. We waited for everyone to get off the plane before waking up these sleeping beauties. We started the trip out rough, I was super sick with no energy the day before we left and Patrick had the same symptoms the day we left. I think we may have had Covid after hearing what other people's symptoms were after we got back. I didn't want to bring their car seats, so we booked a bus to take us from the airport to our hotel. NEVER AGAIN! (at least while the boys are this young). We waited in the airport for the bus for an hour and a half. Recipe for disaster after waking up early, driving to Midway airport, being on a plane, waiting in line for the bus, and then sit on the bus to get to the resort. It was a lot and not a great way to start the trip. We'll get a car rental next time. Yes, we thought about an uber, but they only have options for 1 carseat. Sip and see-Oh the places you will go! Also, Easter, Masters, and April randoms

 On Wednesdays, Branko has daycare, leaving me with the two younger boys. To be honest, having all three of them is easier than juggling the younger two by myself. Conrad is at a tough age right now where he wants all of my attention and gets aggressive/jealous when I need to feed or hold Michael. On this particular day, we needed to get out of the house, so Conrad led us through Target. He ran away twice, which was fun chasing him with the doona stroller. Thankfully, it wasn't busy! I hate the running away phase! We also went to my favorite coffee shop. Meanwhile, Branko learned about trains at school and was excited to go to his mama's house as his destination. Michael has started to be more alert these days. I just LOVE his eyes Superhero brothers!
