Labor Day Weekend

We went to the local Lions Fest nearby 3 times over labor day weekend. The weather was cool in the beginning and then turned out to he a hot weekend which was the perfect way to "end" the summer

The next day, our friends JP/Kristina/Eddie, cameup to enjoy some swimming at the pool we went to in our last post. The boys had so much fun. This will be a memorable day, as this is when Eddie and Branko's friendship blossomed. Branko LOVES Eddie.

Later on that night, we went back to Lions Fest and the boys got to enjoy some more carnival rides. Branko's excitement and happiness gave me a huge boost of serotonin and I felt just as much joy as he did. This was such a fun, spontaneous day. My favorite.


















Conrad had a lot of fun soaking in everything!


The next day, we had plans to go to the car show with my dad. We had this particular car growing up-even I remember this car! I remember my mom being upset when my dad got it, lol!



Conrad now has a big boy car seat!

Conrad doesnt vomit much, but of course he did after only being in his new car seat a few times. I guess it was good to break it in early!

  Someone got into the red paint post bath.. Fun trip to the library This wall had them entertained for a while Conrads a bit more of a nurturer than his brother Get in m belly! Disney World and baby #3!!

Both boys fell asleep as soon as we landed.... in Orlando. We waited for everyone to get off the plane before waking up these sleeping beauties. We started the trip out rough, I was super sick with no energy the day before we left and Patrick had the same symptoms the day we left. I think we may have had Covid after hearing what other people's symptoms were after we got back. I didn't want to bring their car seats, so we booked a bus to take us from the airport to our hotel. NEVER AGAIN! (at least while the boys are this young). We waited in the airport for the bus for an hour and a half. Recipe for disaster after waking up early, driving to Midway airport, being on a plane, waiting in line for the bus, and then sit on the bus to get to the resort. It was a lot and not a great way to start the trip. We'll get a car rental next time. Yes, we thought about an uber, but they only have options for 1 carseat. Sip and see-Oh the places you will go! Also, Easter, Masters, and April randoms

 On Wednesdays, Branko has daycare, leaving me with the two younger boys. To be honest, having all three of them is easier than juggling the younger two by myself. Conrad is at a tough age right now where he wants all of my attention and gets aggressive/jealous when I need to feed or hold Michael. On this particular day, we needed to get out of the house, so Conrad led us through Target. He ran away twice, which was fun chasing him with the doona stroller. Thankfully, it wasn't busy! I hate the running away phase! We also went to my favorite coffee shop. Meanwhile, Branko learned about trains at school and was excited to go to his mama's house as his destination. Michael has started to be more alert these days. I just LOVE his eyes Superhero brothers!
