August randoms

My friend, Taylor, has a cabin up north in Lac du Flambeau, so we decided to do a girls weekend. I love this group of girls so much. My face always hurts from laughing and smiling when I'm with them. We bought matching sweatshirts and wore them the entire weekend, so much for packing a weekend bag. Lots of people thought we were at a bachelorette party, I mean, isn't it normal to match with your girlfriends?

Zoo a la carte usually falls on our anniversary weekend. We didn't get to try many a la carte items, but we did enjoy walking around the zoo and eating pizza and ice cream!




My friendss Kelli and Kristy and their kids were there as well.









Branko sure has grown in 1 year!

All of his fall clothes don't fit..
Our 6th wedding anniversary fell on a Saturday this year, we went to breakfast and to a local pool to enjoy the absolutely perfect summer weather!















Once the boys went to bed, we enjoyed some time on the patio reminisicing the last 6 years married and 13(?) years together!
We got to visit my mom post hip surgery, her recovery is going GREAT!









10 months old!! Conrad is climbing (and lowering himself) on everything and crawling all over the place! He's a fantastic and messy eater! His top 2 teeth are coming through and he enjoys taking baths with his big brother (and so do I!)

  Someone got into the red paint post bath.. Fun trip to the library This wall had them entertained for a while Conrads a bit more of a nurturer than his brother Get in m belly! Disney World and baby #3!!

Both boys fell asleep as soon as we landed.... in Orlando. We waited for everyone to get off the plane before waking up these sleeping beauties. We started the trip out rough, I was super sick with no energy the day before we left and Patrick had the same symptoms the day we left. I think we may have had Covid after hearing what other people's symptoms were after we got back. I didn't want to bring their car seats, so we booked a bus to take us from the airport to our hotel. NEVER AGAIN! (at least while the boys are this young). We waited in the airport for the bus for an hour and a half. Recipe for disaster after waking up early, driving to Midway airport, being on a plane, waiting in line for the bus, and then sit on the bus to get to the resort. It was a lot and not a great way to start the trip. We'll get a car rental next time. Yes, we thought about an uber, but they only have options for 1 carseat.  On Wednesdays, Branko has daycare, leaving me with the two younger boys. To be honest, having all three of them is easier than juggling the younger two by myself. Conrad is at a tough age right now where he wants all of my attention and gets aggressive/jealous when I need to feed or hold Michael. On this particular day, we needed to get out of the house, so Conrad led us through Target. He ran away twice, which was fun chasing him with the doona stroller. Thankfully, it wasn't busy! I hate the running away phase! We also went to my favorite coffee shop. Meanwhile, Branko learned about trains at school and was excited to go to his mama's house as his destination. Michael has started to be more alert these days. I just LOVE his eyes Superhero brothers!
