Father's Day to the 4th of July
We went to Patrick's moms for Fathers Day. His mom found these matching shirts for the 2 of them. They're completely different brands and fabric, but so similar! You never know what you're going to find at TJ Maxx.
My attempt at getting a picture of all 3 of them.
Branko went through a phase where he wanted to push Conrad in the stroller. The phase is now over and I am so thankful for our big stroller and how smooth and easy it is to push (when there is just one kid in there)
Pics from school!
This is what our evenings look like most of the time.
It's a little Woody Conrad!
Auntie Kelly came up for my birthday. We went to "The Luxe" which is like top golf and then to the umbrella bar nearby. The weather was perfect and it was so nice to chat with friends.
Just a little wind and this kids hair is magic
8 months old! Conrad has found his voice and squeals all the time. He's working hard on trying to get himself to stand. He does great sitting up by himself and I no longer worry about him hurting himself if he falls while sitting. He has really turned a corner with food this month and eats everything! Also loves drinking from a straw cup! Takes 2 consistent naps at 9 and 1 (usually), but wakes up once a night to eat :(
Our neighbor got Branko one of these things and he loves it!
My office mate, Trish, got me a cookie cake
Our annual boat day with a few of my existing/old co-workers
We got to meet baby Kaiya! Crazy to think that these two babies will graduate high school the same year.
We got Branko a new chair, it was supposed to go in his room so he could read his books, but he uses it a lot in the family room. It's also a great place for Conrad to practice pulling himself up to stand.
It was my mom's birthday, so we dressed these boys up and went to breakfast at Mad Rooster!
Branko got some golf clubs and wanted to bring one on his walk
4th of July break and what better way to start than get ice cream from the ice cream man! There were like 10 people who came for some ice cream outside our house. They sure have come around more frequently since then!
The little boy next door was in the right place at the right time, so we got him an ice cream cone too. Branko picked the same thing as Max.
It was a hot 4th of July, but felt nice in the morning when the sky was overcasted. The boys got to go to their first parade! They passed out freeze pops which was a great way to occupy Branko. I haven't been to a parade in so long. We got to see our neighbors in it!
Afterwards, they hand out free ice cream! We ran into a family who we have mutual friends with and got to enjoy our ice cream together. We had plans to go to a friends house after the boys' naps, but they were pooped and we had to wake them up at 4pm!
