Girls trip to wedding in Vegas

Look at this big boy sitting up during his bath!
This is the second year this group of girls decided to make a trip to Vegas. My friend's family has a house out there and it's perfect for our big group who always seems to have a least 2 pregnant girls who can drive everyone around! Ironically enough, Patrick's best friend was getting married the same weekend as the girls trip, so Patrick and I had some time to spend in Vegas together. These are the only picture's I have of the first night. We had dinner at Vanderpump Garden and walked around the strip. The food wasn't the best at Vanderpump-but the atmosphere and drinks did not disappoint or leave out any detail.

The second day, Patrick arrived and so did some of his buddies. The girls and I went to spend time by the pool at Mandalay Bay. It was a little cooler that day, we originally had bought a cabana, but were able to cancel since it was completely dead. Later on that night, I met with Patrick's group and had dinner at a steak house in New York New York-the food was better here, but the decor and drinks did not compare to Vanderpump. Here's the groom rocking his leopard print.

Bride/Groom!

In Mandalay Bay, they had a restaurant or bar called "SBAR." Sarah and I are both nurses and this acronym is engraved in our brains because it's what they teach you when you are calling a doctor for a brief report. Situation, background, assessment, recommendation.

I guess there are a few more pictures from the first night!

After dinner in New York New York, Patrick and I just walked around to enjoy the scenery.

The next morning (Friday), the girls and I went to a drag brunch at Senor Frogs. It was a beautiful day and we had seats outside. It was hard to see the show, but they didn't really put on a show, they would dance for 2 min and then go around collecting money for like 10 min. We had a great time just hanging out with one another and enjoying the sun and cocktails.

After the brunch, it was time for the wedding! Here's the bride, Kristina, and JP's sister, Erin, and cousin, Genevieve.

I did the braid for her hair and it turned out so good!
Getting ready to go to the little white chapel!

You can't get married in Vegas and not have Elvis marry you!

JP and Krisitna got a party bus to pick us up from the chapel. We ended up booking it for an additional hour. We just drove up the strip and then came back the opposite direction and it took us 2 hours! Lots of construction going on there.

The next morning, we booked a Cabana by the pool. Much needed relaxation.
We stayed at the Mirage which is where the beatles show is-they were on vacation, so no shows during the time we were there.

Congratulations Kristina and JP!
