Christmas and NYE at the Donovan's

We didn't have the traditional gifts under the tree for Branko to open in the morning. I wrapped one gift for him and then couldn't decide what else I wanted to get him, I was between a play kitchen or play check out cash register. I ended up buying a kitchen which should be arriving any minute!

The gift I did wrap for Branko was a Toniebox. It's kind of like a CD player for toddlers. There are different characters you can buy and you place them on top of the box and it plays songs and stories. So far he has a Daniel Tiger, Cocomelon, Elmo, Mickey Mouse, and George Pig tonies. This was a big hit for him, he loves it!

We hosted my family's Christmas this year so we could get to hang out with everyone a little longer. I didn't get very many pictures, but Branko sure did love Nora and Bella.

These boys love Nora!

The boys each took a 2+ hour nap before the party, Patrick and I had everything set up and didn't know what to do with ourselves. We ended up having time to get the PS5 set up for all those teenagers in the family.
My mom got Branko some new hot wheels. Here he is signing "open"

After dinner at our new favorite restaurant, Cozumel, we stopped at Petco to see the animals.

Soaking in all the snuggles!

This was our Christmas gift to Conrad, a light bulb on the Hoan bridge in downtown Milwaukee! Branko got the same thing for his first Christmas. Conrads bulb can be seen from the east side of the bridge, so if you're on a cruise on the lake, look for his bulb that's circled! Branko's is on the west side, so if you're on the freeway, look for Branko's bulb!

Someone can already hold his own bottle!

I did it!
Just look at that double chin!

Here's Branko playing with his toniebox.

Spending some time playing in the basement and Conrad just looked too cute.

We hosted NYE with a few friends. We made tenderloin and scallop risotto. The food was DELICIOUS! We put the kids to sleep at 730ish, had dinner at 8, played "Smartass" (fun board game if you've never heard of it), and rang in the new year! We made it to midnight-woo hoo!

Ella and Eddie came over to play. As you continue to look at the pictures of the kids, it was hard to get a picture of all of them...staying still.

This was the onesie I bought when I found out I was pregnant with Branko and used it to tell family/friends. I can never just post one picture of this little guy! They're all too cute!

Last time wearing one of my favorite magnetic PJs! They wouldn't all even snap together anymore!

Graphic photo, but our hot water heater broke! It broke 1/1/21 and again 1/1/23-what the heck! Kitchen baths it is!

Who needs a motorized swing when you have a Branko to do it for you?

He looks like a scruffy teenager to me here!
