Sip 'n See

My mom and my sisters threw me a "Sip and See" party for family and friends to meet baby Conrad. Let me tell you, these types of parties need to happen more often! I chose to host at our house and keep it very relaxed and have people just come and go. Great opportunity for people to meet the baby and not overwhelm us with visitors during our sleep deprivation phase.

Here are our friends Slags and Twinkle. They told us this night that they are expecting in June!

We missed Mary, as she was traveling in Europe for work. She was extremely busy during this time of year and we just couldn't find a weekend that worked for all of us.

Here is my cousin's son, Simon. He gave Branko some advice on being a big brother- he said, sometimes it can be a bit annoying.

Emery and Conrad share a birthday! In fact, we had 3 people who were at this event share a 10/18 birthday!
Jodi made Conrad cupcakes! They turned out so great! They're now a part of my x-mas decor-haha
Her white chocolate cupcakes are soooo good. I may have had 4 of them and I don't even like white chocolate.
I had just put some Christmas decor up-it was almost mid-November and my mantle was still decorated for Halloween. My sister, Karen, made this cute little sign... it may still be hanging up a long our stockings.

Since Mary wasn't able to attend, she sent these beautiful flowers! Thank you again mom, Mary, Karen, Jodi, and Kristen for throwing this amazing party! I loved it so much!

  Someone got into the red paint post bath.. Fun trip to the library This wall had them entertained for a while Conrads a bit more of a nurturer than his brother Get in m belly! Disney World and baby #3!!

Both boys fell asleep as soon as we landed.... in Orlando. We waited for everyone to get off the plane before waking up these sleeping beauties. We started the trip out rough, I was super sick with no energy the day before we left and Patrick had the same symptoms the day we left. I think we may have had Covid after hearing what other people's symptoms were after we got back. I didn't want to bring their car seats, so we booked a bus to take us from the airport to our hotel. NEVER AGAIN! (at least while the boys are this young). We waited in the airport for the bus for an hour and a half. Recipe for disaster after waking up early, driving to Midway airport, being on a plane, waiting in line for the bus, and then sit on the bus to get to the resort. It was a lot and not a great way to start the trip. We'll get a car rental next time. Yes, we thought about an uber, but they only have options for 1 carseat. Sip and see-Oh the places you will go! Also, Easter, Masters, and April randoms

 On Wednesdays, Branko has daycare, leaving me with the two younger boys. To be honest, having all three of them is easier than juggling the younger two by myself. Conrad is at a tough age right now where he wants all of my attention and gets aggressive/jealous when I need to feed or hold Michael. On this particular day, we needed to get out of the house, so Conrad led us through Target. He ran away twice, which was fun chasing him with the doona stroller. Thankfully, it wasn't busy! I hate the running away phase! We also went to my favorite coffee shop. Meanwhile, Branko learned about trains at school and was excited to go to his mama's house as his destination. Michael has started to be more alert these days. I just LOVE his eyes Superhero brothers!
