Last event before baby #2 big arrival

One of my co-workers, Joanna, and I went to the China Lights. This years theme was Alice in Wonderland. We chose to go to the earlier event due to Branko's bedtime. When we first got there, it wasn't busy-but it was still light out. We got a snack and sat down for a bit, walked around again, watched the show, and walked around for the third time when it was actually dark-but very busy! 









Branko refused to nap this day and he was out cold on the way to the event

All decorated for Halloween- I loved how it turned out this year.. only problem-a toddler who constantly unplugs it!
My co-workers threw me a surprise baby sprinkle! I had zero idea. This was the same group of girls who I went to the Alanis Morisette concert with. It was super rainy and hot that day- so we didn't get to enjoy Jenna's new patio furniture that she got. She told me that we were going to have a girls night and actually enjoy sitting outside on her new patio furniture. I totally believed it and clearly any excuse for a girls night is fine by me! Jenna/Raven threw me a baby shower with Branko too.. so lucky to have amazing co-workers!







My co worker Raven has a woodfire pizza maker-so we made pizzas!

There was a "pioneer days" event going on by us. There were lots of vintage tractors. Definitely wasn't really for kids.. and now we know.

Finally got to hang some details- I thought this flag would for sure give away the name!


We went to Jerry Smith's with my mom. Branko was not feeling the whole taking a picture thing. We got lots of sugar cookies!











Also could not get Branko to stand by the sign to see his growth!





The weekend before our induction, we not only took Branko to Jerry Smith's, we also went to the zoo. Train rides for our boy!







We've never gotten to see the tiger this active and have the area to ourselves before.


We dropped Branko off at my parents the night before our induction since we had to be at the hospital at 6AM. Pat and I went to dinner at Belair and got ice cream at the Chocolate Factory. Here is the very last belly pic- at home at least. 39 weeks!


Final touches to the nursey! We've since gotten the gold frame fixed with the mirror.. no updated pictures as the room hasn't been this clean since!

  Someone got into the red paint post bath.. Fun trip to the library This wall had them entertained for a while Conrads a bit more of a nurturer than his brother Get in m belly! Disney World and baby #3!!

Both boys fell asleep as soon as we landed.... in Orlando. We waited for everyone to get off the plane before waking up these sleeping beauties. We started the trip out rough, I was super sick with no energy the day before we left and Patrick had the same symptoms the day we left. I think we may have had Covid after hearing what other people's symptoms were after we got back. I didn't want to bring their car seats, so we booked a bus to take us from the airport to our hotel. NEVER AGAIN! (at least while the boys are this young). We waited in the airport for the bus for an hour and a half. Recipe for disaster after waking up early, driving to Midway airport, being on a plane, waiting in line for the bus, and then sit on the bus to get to the resort. It was a lot and not a great way to start the trip. We'll get a car rental next time. Yes, we thought about an uber, but they only have options for 1 carseat. Sip and see-Oh the places you will go! Also, Easter, Masters, and April randoms

 On Wednesdays, Branko has daycare, leaving me with the two younger boys. To be honest, having all three of them is easier than juggling the younger two by myself. Conrad is at a tough age right now where he wants all of my attention and gets aggressive/jealous when I need to feed or hold Michael. On this particular day, we needed to get out of the house, so Conrad led us through Target. He ran away twice, which was fun chasing him with the doona stroller. Thankfully, it wasn't busy! I hate the running away phase! We also went to my favorite coffee shop. Meanwhile, Branko learned about trains at school and was excited to go to his mama's house as his destination. Michael has started to be more alert these days. I just LOVE his eyes Superhero brothers!
