Branko's "Two Fast" birthday

 It was a no brainer when it came to coming up with a theme for Branko's 
2nd birthday party. He LOVES watching and touching cars.

Branko is a bit shy and introverted-it takes him a while to open up to new people. He started speech therapy back in May- he loves his therapist Rachel! His favorite words are "ba" 
"dada" (refuses to say mama) "car" "truck"
He's a great napper/sleeper. Will nap 2-3 hours and sleep 12 hours at night (mostly)
Loves Daniel Tiger and nursery rhyme music like Super Simple Songs, Little Baby Bum, and Cocomelon.
Splash pads were a hit this summer
Walking around the block (we've really gotten to know our neighbors from him running in everyones grass and us apologizing)
Playing with our neighbors through the fence
Watching cars (not the movie though)


These pictures are a bit out of order, but they're all over Branko's birthday weekend. 



We celebrated his birthday on Saturday, 9/24. Our food inspo was "Kwik Trip" themed to go along with the car decor. 

Branko was a bit cleaner at eating his cake this year. I ordered his cakes from Pick 'n Save and thought his personal smash cake was going to be the size of the one I got when we found out the gender of this next baby. Wayyyyy smaller than anaticipated.





Branko's new hot wheel ramp! He got a lot of cool stuff-Tonka trucks, basketball hoop, scooter, garbage truck, golf set, niners gear, and so much more!

On his actual birthday, we got donuts and went to the zoo in his new niners sweatshirt.



We went and saw the dragon exhibit. Branko and I went earlier in the summer and he was much more interested in it this time.

  Someone got into the red paint post bath.. Fun trip to the library This wall had them entertained for a while Conrads a bit more of a nurturer than his brother Get in m belly! Disney World and baby #3!!

Both boys fell asleep as soon as we landed.... in Orlando. We waited for everyone to get off the plane before waking up these sleeping beauties. We started the trip out rough, I was super sick with no energy the day before we left and Patrick had the same symptoms the day we left. I think we may have had Covid after hearing what other people's symptoms were after we got back. I didn't want to bring their car seats, so we booked a bus to take us from the airport to our hotel. NEVER AGAIN! (at least while the boys are this young). We waited in the airport for the bus for an hour and a half. Recipe for disaster after waking up early, driving to Midway airport, being on a plane, waiting in line for the bus, and then sit on the bus to get to the resort. It was a lot and not a great way to start the trip. We'll get a car rental next time. Yes, we thought about an uber, but they only have options for 1 carseat. Sip and see-Oh the places you will go! Also, Easter, Masters, and April randoms

 On Wednesdays, Branko has daycare, leaving me with the two younger boys. To be honest, having all three of them is easier than juggling the younger two by myself. Conrad is at a tough age right now where he wants all of my attention and gets aggressive/jealous when I need to feed or hold Michael. On this particular day, we needed to get out of the house, so Conrad led us through Target. He ran away twice, which was fun chasing him with the doona stroller. Thankfully, it wasn't busy! I hate the running away phase! We also went to my favorite coffee shop. Meanwhile, Branko learned about trains at school and was excited to go to his mama's house as his destination. Michael has started to be more alert these days. I just LOVE his eyes Superhero brothers!
